Synopsis of Minutes

Present: Lisa Bos-Atchison, Chairperson; Mark Muir, Vice-Chairperson; Gloria Malinoski; Alan Thomarat; Scott Moffat; Louise Ernst; Gay Patrick; Shannon Leson

Present via Zoom: Margaret Lissel; Chelsea Krentz

Regrets: Shawn Cook, Deputy Superintendent of Funeral and Cremation Services

Administrative Staff: Tanya Chernick-Aldridge, Office Administrator; Colin Bachynski, Registrar

An in-camera meeting was held at the beginning of the meeting.

There has been 1 complaint received since the last meeting of Council. All other files are on-going, and the committees have been continuing to meet.

The following motions were passed:

  • Approve the August 2025 Revenue & Expense Reports as presented.

A second in-camera meeting was held at the conclusion of the meeting.

The next meeting of Council will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
