SYNOPSIS OF MINUTES
Present: Lisa Bos-Atchison, Chairperson; Louise Ernst; Mark Muir
Present via Zoom: Amanda Anderson, Vice-Chairperson; Shannon Leson; Chelsea Krentz; Margaret Lissel; Alan Thomarat; Shawn Cook, Deputy Superintendent of Funeral & Cremation Services; Colin Bachynski, Registrar
Regrets: Gay Patrick; Scott Moffit
Staff Present: Tanya Chernick-Aldridge, Office Administrator; Kim Eberts, Assistant Registrar & Compliance Officer

There have been two complaints received since the last meeting of Council, one by a consumer and the other as a result of a compliance review and findings. There has been three compliance reviews conducted since the last meeting of Council.
The following motions were passed:
- To approve Advisory 32 – Unauthorized Titles & Designations – Salesperson, as presented.
- To approve motions made in-camera.
An in-camera meeting was held at the conclusion of the Council Meeting.
The next meeting of Council will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2025
