SYNOPSIS OF MINUTES
Present: Lisa Bos-Atchison, Chairperson; Alan Thomarat; Louise Ernst; Gay Patrick; Mark Muir; Scott Moffat; Margaret Lissel; Denny Huyghebaert, Deputy Superintendent of Funeral and Cremation Services
Present by Zoom: Chelsea Krentz; Shannon Leson; Colin Bachynski, Registrar
Regrets: Amanda Selsky, Vice-Chairperson
Staff Present: Tanya Chernick-Aldridge, Office Administrator; Kim Eberts, Assistant Registrar and Compliance Officer

An in-camera meeting was held prior to the Council meeting.
There have been no complaints since the last meeting of Council. Two previous ADR agreements have been met and are now formally concluded. There has been one compliance review completed since the last meeting of Council.
The following motions were passed:
- Tabled to the November 20th, 2024, meeting. Council administration to provide results from a jurisdictional scan, along with background pertaining to Provincial statute, current bylaws, best practices, and recommendation from the Registrar.
- To accept the August 2024 Revenue & Expense Reports as presented.
The next meeting of Council will be held on Wednesday, November 20th, 2024.
