Present:, Dustin Hall, Chairperson; Amanda Starosta Vice-Chairperson; Mark Muir; Shannon Leson; Chelsea Krentz; Gay Patrick; Scott Moffat; Margaret Lissel; Alan Thomarat; Denny Huyghebaert, Deputy Superintendent of Funeral and Cremation Services

Staff Present: Kim Eberts, Assistant Registrar & Compliance Officer; Colin Bachynski, Registrar

An in-camera meeting was held and motions were made and passed during the meeting.

Council was advised that there has been one complaint received since the last meeting of Council.  One complaint was successfully resolved between the two parties and two complaints were resolved through Alternate Dispute Resolution. There have been two compliance reviews since the last meeting of Council.

The following motion was passed:

  • To accept the November 2023 Revenue & Expense Reports as presented.

The next meeting of Council is scheduled for Wednesday, February 21st, 2024, with the location to be determined.
