Synopsis of Minutes
Present by Zoom: Dustin Hall, Chairperson; Shannon Leson, Vice-Chairperson; Amanda Starosta; Chelsea Krentz; Don Sheppard; Gay Patrick; Robert Volk; Mark Muir; Nancy Kirk; Scott Moffat; Denny Huyghebaert, Deputy Superintendent of Funeral and Cremation Services; Kim Eberts, Assistant Registrar and Compliance Officer; Colin Bachynski, Registrar

At the commencement of the meeting, an in-camera meeting was held.
Council was advised that one complaint was received since the last meeting of Council. One complaint has been concluded and there are currently five matters that were referred to an Investigation Committee. There have been no compliance reviews conducted since the last meeting of Council.
The following motions were passed by Council:
- To approve the Governance revisions as presented by the Legislative & Governance
- To accept the 2022 Budget as presented by the Audit/Finance Committee.
- To approve the November 2021 Revenue & Expense Reports as presented.
- For the 2022 Spring Symposium, proceed with meeting in-person, with a virtual option for those who are unable to attend.
The next meeting of Council will be held Thursday, February 24th, 2022.
