A motion was passed to have the Education and Professional Development committee look at pursuing electronic presentations for the 2021 Spring Symposium.
A further motion was passed for the Legislative & Governance Committee to review options for the 2020 annual general meeting election and make recommendations to Council.
The Registrar reported that there were three new complaints since the last meeting of Council, and all have been successfully resolved. There is an outstanding compliant from 2019 that is in the hands of an Investigation Committee. One virtual compliance review has also been conducted in the last month.
A motion was passed to accept the April and May 2020 Revenue & Expense Reports as presented.
The next meet of Council will be held September 10th, 2020.
