Synopsis of Minutes

Present: Shannon Leson, Chairperson; Gloria Malinoski, Vice-Chairperson; Nancy Kirk; Robert Volk; Jeff Weafer; Lyle Burkell; Agnes Ewen; Eleanor Shumay; Chrystal Armstrong; Sandy Mahon, Registrar; Denny Huyghebaert, Superintendent of Funeral & Cremation Services

Guests: 9:30 a.m. – Clint Ceholski, Partner & Tammy Kuntz from MWC Chartered Professional Accountants LLP

Council was advised three complaints have been received since the last meeting.  Preliminary evaluations are underway.  Council File 2018-01 will be heard by a Discipline Committee in Regina on June 6, 2018.  Twenty-one compliance reviews have been completed to date.

A motion was passed to approve the Audited Financial Statements, Year Ended December 31, 2017 as presented.

The next meeting of Council will be at the Annual General Meeting on May 24th, 2018.
