Present: Raymond Bailey, Chairperson; Shannon Leson, Vice-Chairperson; Robert Volk; Jeff Weafer; Eleanor Shumay; Denny Huyghebaert, Deputy Superintendent of Funeral & Cremation Services

Teleconference: Nancy Kirk; Chrystal Armstrong; Agnes Ewen; Sandy Mahon, Registrar

Regrets: Gloria Malinoski; Lisa Bos

Guest:  Karol Narfason – 10:30 a.m.; Brittany Holliday, Investigation Committee Legal Counsel – 10:30 a.m.

The Registrar presented an overview of the investigation and discipline procedures to Council.  Council was advised one complaint had been received since the last meeting of Council and was successfully resolved to the satisfaction of the consumer.

A motion was passed to approve the January 2017 Revenue and Expense reports as presented.

A motion was passed to maintain the registration fee of $275 for attendance at the 2017 Spring Symposium.

The next meeting will be held on April 27, 2017.
