Present: Raymond Bailey, Chairperson; Shannon Leson, Vice-Chairperson; Lisa Bos; Terry Zip; Robert Volk; Agnes Ewen; Jeff Weafer; Nancy Kirk; Gloria Malinoski; Denny Huyghebaert, Deputy Superintendent of Funeral & Cremation Services; Sandy Mahon, Registrar

Council was advised one complaint had been received since the last meeting of Council and has been successfully resolved.  Fifty compliance reviews have been conducted to date.

A motion was passed to approve the March 2016 Revenue & Expense reports as presented.

A motion was passed to appoint MCW Charter Professional Accountants LLP as our Auditors for 2016.

A motion was passed to have the Registrar design a series of deposits that maintains prudent cash flow while maximizing earnings in guaranteed accounts.

A Strategic Planning Session will be held at the Council Office on June 21-22, 2016.

The next meeting of Council will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 following the Annual General Meeting.
