Synopsis of Minutes

 

Present: Phil Fredette, Chairperson; Raymond Bailey, Vice-Chairperson; Nancy Kirk; Gloria Malinoski; Robert Volk; Terry Zip; Agnes Ewen;Eleanor Shumay; Shannon Leson; Larry Wilson, Superintendent of Funeral and Cremation Services

Council was advised that two complaints have been received since the last meeting and preliminary evaluations are under way.  Two other matters are presently being considered by investigation committees.  Fifty-two compliance reviews have been conducted to date as well as three file by file trust reviews.

The Superintendent advised he has given his notice of his retirement but will continue in his function until a replacement has been appointed.

A motion was passed to approve the March 2015 Revenue & Expense reports as presented.

The next meeting of Council is June 25, 2015.
