Teleconference: Phil Fredette, Chairperson; Raymond Bailey, Vice-Chairperson; Gloria Malinoski; Nancy Kirk; Terry Zip; Eleanor Shumay; Shannon Leson; Larry Wilson, Superintendent of Funeral and Cremation Services

In Person: Robert Volk; Sandy Mahon, Registrar

Council was advised that four complaints have been successfully resolved in the last month and no further action is required.  Two investigation committees are currently considering complaints.  Thirty-seven compliance reviews have been conducted to date.

A motion was passed to approve the February 2015 Revenue & Expense Reports as presented and a motion was passed to approve the 2014 Audited Financial Statement as presented by KPMG.

The next meeting of Council will be held on May 20, 2015.
