Synopsis of Minutes

 

Present:          Phil Fredette, Chairperson; Jeff Ofstie, Vice-Chairperson; Nancy Kirk; David Grambo; Todd Lumbard; Agnes Ewen; Eleanor Shumay; Shannon Leson; Larry Wilson, Superintendent of Funeral and Cremation Services; Sandy Mahon, Registrar

Council was advised that 1 complaint was received since the last meeting of Council and 7 compliance reviews have been conducted in 2014.  

Council was advised 353 licenses were renewed for 2014 and 15 licenses were not renewed. 

A motion was passed to approve the November 2013 Revenue & Expense report. 

The Chairperson of the Communications committee reported that the 2014 Rawlco Radio campaign is now under way.  Council administration can now track web traffic to the Council website through Google Analytics.   

A motion was passed to reinstate the Personnel Committee comprised of Robert Volk, Chairperson; Eleanor Shumay and Jeff Ofstie.
