Synopsis of Minutes


Present:          Phil Fredette, Chairperson; Jeff Ofstie, Vice-Chairperson; Raymond Bailey; Nancy Kirk; Robert Volk; David Grambo; Todd Lumbard; Agnes Ewen; Eleanor Shumay; Shannon Leson; Sandy Mahon, Registrar

Regrets:          Larry Wilson, Superintendent of Funeral and Cremation Services Council

Council was advised there have been no complaints since the last meeting of Council.  Eighty eight compliance reviews have been conducted to date along with nine prepaid contract reviews.

A motion was passed to approve the October 2013 Revenue & Expense report as presented.  A further motion was carried to approve the 2014 Budget as presented.

A motion was passed to proceed with the 2014 radio advertisement campaign.

The next meeting of Council will be January 23, 2014.

The meeting ended at 10:00 a.m.
