The Registrar advised there had been one occurrence reported since the last Council meeting.  The Resource & Compliance Officer had conducted a preliminary evaluation of an alleged contravention and the matter has now been successfully resolved and concluded.

A motion was passed to approve the February 2013 Revenue & Expense Reports as presented.

A motion was passed to accept the 2012 Audited Financial Statement as presented by KPMG.

A motion was passed to accept the Actuarial Valuation of the Assurance Fund as presented by AON Hewitt.

Council was advised that the first revised Salesperson Workshop was held at the Council office on Wednesday, April 10th, 2013 with 6 students in attendance.  Feedback from the students was positive.

The next meeting of Council will be held on Thursday, May 23rd, 2013 at the Council office.
