Labour Mobility

Currently a licensed or recognized person from one Canadian jurisdiction can relocate and become licensed in another Canadian jurisdiction. The authority regarding labour mobility is found in Chapter 7 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.

In Saskatchewan our practices are fully compliant and our Act and Bylaws are currently being reviewed and revised as needed.
